수록곡..1954년에 싱글로 먼저 발표가 되었다..

싱글로 발표당시에는 큰 주목을 받지 못했으나 1955년에 개봉한 영화 [Blackboard Jungle]에 

OST로 수록되면서 영화의 인기와 함께 'Rock Around The Clock '도 엄청난 히트를 하게 된다.

빌보드 차트 8주간 1위를 하며 락큰롤시대를 연 곡으로 평가를 받는다.
