'One'은 1988년 9월 7일에 발매된 미국의 스래쉬 메탈 밴드 '메탈리카 (Metallica)'의 정규 4집 앨범 [...And Justice For All] 수록곡입니다. 

 

1986년 베이시스트 '클리프 버튼 (Cliff Burton)'이 사망하고 '제이슨 뉴스테드 (Jason Newsted)로 교체 후 발매된 앨범입니다.

 

'One'은 강력한 반전 메시지를 담은 노래로 빌보드 싱글 차트 35위에 올랐고, 메탈리카는 그래미 어워드 최우수 메탈 퍼포먼스 상을 수상했습니다.
