미국에서 결성된 Cascades는 

해군 출신의 전역한 군인들로 

이루어진 5인조 남성 밴드이다.

 

'Rhythm Of The Rain'은 밴드 멤버인 

'John Claude Gummoe'가 만들었다.

 

'Rhythm Of The Rain'은 

빌보드 싱글 차트 에서 

3위를 차지하였고 

빌보드 연말 차트는 4위를 기록했다.

 

아일랜드와 캐나다에서는 1위를 

영국에서는 차트 5위까지 올랐다.

 

세계적으로 크게 히트한 곡으로 

지금도 비가 오면 가장 많이 

들려지는 노래중 한 곡이다.
